Can these be worn under your pants?
It is recommended that you wear it outside to ensure that it works. Tip: The help of climbing the mountain, kneeling down and getting up, because the knees on the ground do not bend very much, there is no compression spring, so the effect is not great.
How big a leg will it support? I have a 26" circumference above my knee?
The knee pads are approximately 6.5 inches wide and approximately 11.6 inches high. The straps on both sides of the knee pad are added together -- Above: about 22.04 inches. Below: about 21.25 inches. The straps are elastic.
